Engineering Fabrication shop

Engineering Fabrication shop is equipped with heavy metal forming machinery such as CNC machine for Tower Fabrication, mechanical and hydraulic Metal Shearing Presses, Hydraulic Press Brakes, Universal Cutting Machine, Automatic Oxy-Fuel Gas Cutting machines, inert Gas Shielded Arc Welding-Machines, Airless Painting Machines and Hot Dip Galvanization Plant, Load/ Force measuring and testing equipments.

Machine Shop

Machine shop is well equipped with sophisticated Lathe Machines, Milling Machines, Cylindrical Grinding Machine, Shaper Machine, Radial Drill Machine, Drilling-Milling Machine, Power Hacksaw etc.

Consumer items Production Shop

Annually CSW produces and markets more than 2000 MT different sized screws throughout Bangladesh through its own distribution channel.

Utility Services:

The Factory is well provided with Water Supply, Electricity, Natural Gas, Compressed Air, Fire Fighting equipments and Stand by Generators.

Expansion Program:

The company envisages that there will be a substantial increase in the demand for various products like Telecommunications and Power Line Towers, portable Steel Bridges, to keep pace with the Government development program. Accordingly, its production plan has made to meet requirements of the Government and other agencies in the private sector.

New Products:

The following new products shall be added to the existing product range.
a) Lattice Tower for Telecommunication
b) Lattice Tower for Electric Power Transmission Lines
c) Portable Steel Bridge

Consumer Division:

Main products: Wood screws, Roofing screws, Tapping screws, Machine screws and Nuts, Blind rivets & Bicycle spoke-nipple- washers and Nails.

Civil Construction Division:

The company has executed various project against various contract under Local Government Engineering Department (LGED), Public Works Department, Like:
1) Construction of building/ Bridge/ Road etc.
The company is well equipped with modern machinery & equipment for execution of work in time.
